Completed registration forms and/or camp fees may be submitted to the Dana front office or to Coach Corrinet directly. Camp fees do NOT need to be submitted with forms at this time to secure a camp session for your child 🙂
-Camp will meet June 25th – July 19th (4 weeks); Mon – Thurs, in Room #301 (The Cove)
-15 total sessions @ 75 minutes/session (no camp on July 4th Holiday)
-Each session will have a maximum enrollment of 25 students; a minimum of 15 students is necessary to hold a session for the summer
AVAILABLE CAMP SESSIONS:
____ #1: 8:00-9:15am ____ #2: 10:00-11:15am ____ #3: 1:00-2:15pm ____ #4: 3:00-4:15pm
**In the event that a session has already reached maximum enrollment, you will be contacted regarding alternate enrollment options (enrolling into a different open session, wait list, etc.)
ENROLLMENT FEES & POLICIES:
– $200 PER STUDENT (Covers the entire 4 week session)
– Sibling Discount (2 or more children enrolled from same family) = $175 PER STUDENT
– Families receiving Free/Reduced Price Lunch: $150 PER STUDENT
– No money down required to register; deferred payment plans available upon request!
– Cancellations & Refunds: We will fully refund your registration & fees through Friday, June 15th, 2017. After that date, fees are non-refundable due to staffing considerations and other expenses. Absences/early departures will not be refunded; thank you for your understanding.
