Kids & Strength Training

Since 2008, when the American Academy of Pediatrics revised it policy against strength training for children, there has been an abundance of modern research dispelling many of the myths previously believed. Strength training does not stunt a child’s growth; it will actually support growth and provide multiple other benefits for your child.
