WARM-UP

MOVEMENT FOCUS + VIDEO:
Stationary Inch Worms

MOVEMENT TASK:
-After watching the video, perform 5 REPETITIONS OF STATIONARY INCH WORMS, focusing on proper technique. Be sure return to a standing position, fully upright, after finishing each rep/starting each new rep!

MET.CON: 
“Death by Stationary Inch Worms!”

-Using the online Tabata Timer, scroll down a bit and then set timer for ROUNDS = 10, with TIME ON = 1:00, and TIME OFF = 0:00.

-Each round, perform that number of stationary inch worms.
Example:
-Round 1= 1 Rep Stationary Inch Worms
-Round 2 = 2 Reps Stationary Inch Worms
-Round 3 = 3 Reps Stationary Inch Worms
-Continue pattern each round until the 10 rounds are completed -or- until you fail to finish the number of reps required for that round number.

Score: # Rounds Completed out of 10
