Using a stopwatch (count-up timer), complete the following movements/# of reps in order for time:
-3 Burpees + 3 Sit-Ups
-6 Burpees + 6 Sit-Ups
-9 Burpees + 9 Sit-Ups
-12 Burpees + 12 Sit-Ups
-9 Burpees + 9 Sit-Ups
-6 Burpees + 6 Sit-Ups
-3 Burpees + 3 Sit-Ups
