-After watching the video, perform 2 SETS of the following movements, focusing on proper technique:
-10 Pele’s (1 rep = right + left leg; any stationary object will do: the bottom step in a set of stairs, a big book, a rolled up yoga mat, etc.)
-2 Bear Crawls (Clockwise)
-2 Bear Crawls (Counterclockwise)
-5 Air Squats
AMRAP 12 MIN:
-10 Pele’s (1 rep = right + left leg)
-3 Circular Bear Crawls (Clockwise)
3 Circular Bear Crawls (Counterclockwise)
-7 Air Aquats
SCORE = # of Rounds completed in 12 minutes
