The Broad Jump!
-After watching the video above, spend 5 minutes to practice your broad jump. Focus should be on quality of movement/using the points of performance highlighted in the video, not max distance.
“Death by Broad Jump”
-Using the online Tabata Timer, set timer for 15 rounds with 60 seconds time ON and 0 seconds time OFF
-Each round, perform that number of broad jumps (i.e. round 1= 1 broad jump, round 2=2 broad jumps, round 3= 3 broad jumps), until the 15 rounds are completed or until you fail to finish the number of reps required for that round number.
