After watching the videos, complete 2 sets of the following, focusing on good technique:
-5 Burpees
-3 Stationary Inch Worms
-15 Jumping Jacks
-THEN-
Measure a 20 meter (approximately) lane to run.
Mark the starting spot of the lane; then take 10 GIANT steps and mark the ending spot of the lane (this is approximately 10 meters). Mark this as your turnaround point. Running from your start point to your turnaround point and back to your start point = 20m shuttle run.
