Movement Focus + Videos:
After watching the movement focus videos, perform the following for 2 sets:
-10 Ski Jumps (L + R = 1 Rep)
-5 Backpack Thrusters (Be smart with load – suggested weight 5-8lbs!)
AMRAP 10 min:
-20 ski jumps (L + R = 1 Rep)
-10 Backpack Thrusters
Score= total # of rounds completed in 10:00
ONCE COMPLETE WITH ALL HOME WOD COMPONENTS:
