TASK: LEARN THE TURKISH GET-UP!!!!
This one is so much fun, and SO good for your body! With kids (and adults), we typically teach this with a SHOE, not a kettlebell/dumbbell/weighted object. Once you have the steps down perfectly and you can do without the video (IT TAKES A TON OF PRACTICE), then – and only then – would we recommend upgrading the shoe to a VERY light dumbbell.
