23MAR20: Home WOD #4

HOOAH!!! Podcast for 3/23/20:

WARM-UP + COACH SHAKSTAD DEMO VIDEO:

MET.CON:
Go outside, and after marking a start point, take 20 GIANT steps to roughly estimate 20 meters. Once there, mark another stop point. This distance will be the approximate distance of a 20 pacer course/test. Then, set a timer for 15 min to complete:
AMRAP 15:
-20m Pacers
Score: # pacers completed

A pacer rep = 20m run. Rest as needed in between each pacer; your goal is to get as many pacers as possible for 15 min.

COOL-DOWN/MOBILITY:

ONCE COMPLETE WITH ALL HOME WOD COMPONENTS:

-Drink water, eat some protein, wash hands with soap/water, and give yourself a high-five!

  1. My brother and I unfortunately couldn’t do the workout because the rain made our driveway very slippery. However, to still get a workout in, we took a beautiful 7.2-mile bike ride along the strand, with our little puppy in my backpack! We also played a TON of basketball.
