Partner WOD: “LUCKY DICE”
AMRAP 20:

 At the beginning of each round, both partners complete a 50m run, tag team style.

 Then, ‘Roll Dice.”

 1 = 3 Burpees over Partner in Plank
2 = 8 Slam Balls (ea)
3 = 20 Sec Wall Sit (ea)
4 = 10 Plank-Hold Hand Claps (1L + 1R = 1 Rep)
5 = Nutrition Question – Ask Coach Corrinet!
6 = Nutrition Question – Ask Coach Corrinet!
