10-11FEB20: Mile Run #1

For today’s workout , we will complete a 1600 meter run (aka ‘The Mile’) for the first time this semester (we will only run it once more this semester!!!). From here, you will be able to set a goal for what you want your mile time to be for the end of the semester when we re-test.

The Mile #1″
Run 4 laps around the Dana field (1600m = 1 mile) for time!
