For today’s class, we will be breaking out our awesome Concept2 Rowing Machines for the first time this semester! After giving you all an overview/tutorial on the rowing machine itself, we will then discuss and practice proper technique by breaking a full rowing movement into three different subcomponents/drills.
Once complete and once everybody has demonstrated proper technique, it’s time to put our technique to the test:

In teams of 4, row 2k (2,000 meters) for time. Athletes may switch on and off the rower as many times as you like…however, every switch incurs a 3 burpee penalty for each athlete (except the new rower)!
