Today’s workout will once again give you a chance to test your fitness as if you were participating in the Reebok CrossFit Open (and, once again have a piece of work for your this Quarter’s DPSG piece). The workout will be a modified version of CrossFit Open WOD 18.2, which we will take a look at first by watching some footage from the 18.2 Live Announcement:

After watching our Live Announcement footage, we will then warm-up, take some time to review the official 2018 Reebok CrossFit Games scorecards that you’ll be using to judge/score your partner, and review the movement standards. We will finally then be ready for 3-2-1-GO! and do our best to tackle the workout:
