Now that we are all masters with the Kettlebell Deadlift aka ANGRY GORILLAS!!, we will now turn it up a few notches: how to properly perform a Russian Kettlebell Swing!! (6th graders – we will be sticking with deadlifts in today’s workout, but we will still practice some swings today!).
