AMRAP 12:
Station 1: Row For Calories
Station 2: Stationary Inch Worms
Station 3: AbMat Sit-Ups
Station 4: Lateral Plyo-Skiers
In this version of ‘Fight Gone Bad,’ you move from each of the four stations after 1 minute, and will therefore complete each station three times. The clock does not reset or stop between stations. On call of “rotate”, the athletes must move to next station immediately. One point is given for each rep. Score total reps earned for the entire workout.
