-10 Partner Sit-Ups

Movement Instruction:
Slam Ball Shoulder Press

Partner WOD: ‘Lucky Dice’
AMRAP 15 (7/8) – AMRAP 10 (6):

 At the beginning of each round, both partners complete a 100m run, tag team style.

 Then, ‘Roll Dice.”

 1 = 10 SB Partner Sit-ups
2 = 10 SB Russian Twists (ea)
3 = 5 SB Press (ea)
4 = 10 SB Chest Pass
5 = Nutrition Question – ask Coach!
6 = Nutrition Question – ask Coach!
