MOVEMENT INSTRUCTION:
The Air Squat
PRACTICE:
In groups of 2, 1 athlete practices air squats with a yellow band, while 1 athlete coaches/assists with partner getting band on and off. Each athlete will complete (3) 1 min rounds of squats (alternating).
