Both athletes play as many games as possible of ‘Rock, Paper, Scissors’ together for 12 minutes; after each game:
ROCK: Winner: 5 Burpees / Loser: 100m Run
PAPER: Winner: 20 Jumping Jacks / Loser: 100m Run
SCISSORS: Winner: 10 Mountain Climbers / Loser: 100m Run
