Complete 3 rounds of the following 5-station circuit (each station = 1min AMRAP). There will be a 1 min water break between each round.
Station 1: Row For Calories
Station 2: Slam Ball Thrusters
Station 3: AbMat Sit-Ups
Station 4: Box Jumps
Station 5: H.R. Push-Ups
In this workout you move from each of five stations after 1 minute. The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating the next round. On call of “rotate”, the athletes must move to next station immediately. One point is given for each rep.
