Welcome to the last lesson of the quarter! Since most of you are mighty sore from knocking out CrossFit Open WOD 16.1 last class, today is a perfect day to get our #swoleandflexy on with our first ROMWOD workout of the year!
After we complete our ROMWOD as a class, we will continue to dig deep into our nutrition unit by viewing the first half of a very important food documentary, Fed Up.
