Congrats to 3rd Platoon’s Daliyah J. For winning her platoon’s ‘Design A WOD’ contest., which will be 3rd Platoon’s final WOD!
1st, 2nd, and 4th platoons will get to enjoy this workout as well on Monday, which will serve as their 2nd to last workout of the year.

*AMRAP time may be shortened due to Monday’s stack schedule

**Each round, add 1 rep to each movement. For example, Round 2 will have a 2 Cal row, 2 Squats, 2 KB Swings, and 2 jumping pull-ups…Round 3 will have a 3 Cal row, 3 Squats, 3 KB Swings, and 3 jumping pull-ups etc. until time is up.
