30APR18: Max Broad Jump #2

Today will be an opportunity to earn another PR and to see how much we’ve improved with the fitness component of POWER! Additionally, we will use the best measurements of each 8th grader as one of our assessment criteria for determining who will earn an invitation to compete in this year’s 8th Grade Wiseburn Throwdown! HOOAH!!!

IV. (2) Buddha Stretch/(2) Hang From Pull-Up Bar
