20-21MAR18: CF Open WOD 18.2

Given the this is the last week of the 2018 CrossFit Open, and that we want to end the quarter with a bang (and with something for your Q3 PSG Piece for this class), today’s workout will give you a chance to test your fitness as if you were participating in the Reebok CrossFit Open. The workout will be a modified version of  CrossFit Open WOD 18.2, which we will take a look at first by watching some footage from the 18.2 Live Announcement.

Then, we will take a minute to pass out and review the official 2018 Reebok CrossFit Games scorecards that you’ll be using to judge/score your partner and review the Movement Standards. We will finally then be ready for 3-2-1-GO! and do our best to tackle the workout (which will be in ‘Open Format’ aka athlete/coach format):

MET.CON:
“CrossFit Open WOD 18.2”
1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10 reps for time of:
-Slam Balls
-Rope-facing burpees

Time Cap: 12 min
