5MAR18: 3 Stroke Max Watts

Today we will go back to the basics of rowing to help clean up some movement deficiencies that have been popping up. After spending some time going over the ‘Arms Only Rowing,’ ‘Body + Arms Rowing,’ and “Legs + Body + Arms Rowing’ drills we will each complete a short distance row and focus on our # of strokes/minute.

Then we’ll turn it up a notch and test your 3-stroke max watts for the first time!
