PARTNER WOD: ‘BE MY VALENTINE!’
In teams of 2: AMRAP 25min:
STATION I:
Partner A runs 250m
Partner B does Max Jump Rope until A gets back.
Switch and repeat (each partner runs and completes jump rope once).
STATION II:
Partner A runs 250m
Partner B does Max Hand Release Push-Ups until A returns.
Switch and repeat.
STATION III:
Partner A runs 250m
Partner B does Max Row For Cal.
Switch and repeat.
Continue back to Station I, then Station II, then Station III, etc. until 25 min ends.
Score Total # Of Stations Completed.
