For our special, stack schedule today, all periods will meet for about 36 minutes after the testing window in HR has completed. This will be a perfect amount of time to review our rowing drills and prepare for our first rowing assessment/time trial and rowing WOD!
3 Rounds (teams of 4):
-Athlete #1: 1 min Rowing Drill (Arms Only/Body + Arms/Full Body)
-Athlete #2: Prepare to Row/Rower Assist
-Athlete #3: 5 Burpees
-Athlete #4: 100m Run
*Athletes rotate 4 –> 3 –> 2 –> 1 –> 4
*30 seconds transition between each 1 min round
