We made it! Last 85 min block period of the semester! While I am sad to see my 5 platoons depart, I am incredibly proud of all that you have accomplished the last 5 months with your fitness!
Today we will start by going to the MPR so you can fill out your end of course survey. This is an anonymous survey designed to give me honest and valuable information about my coaching and about this course…so I can become a better coach and create an even better course for my future semesters of zombie-killers. 🙂
After that, we will get some fitness games on and resume playing of the CrossFit documentary ‘FITTEST ON EARTH!‘
