AMRAP 22min:

Partners 1 & 2:
Row 500m total

Partners 3 & 4:
-5 Burpees Each*
-10 Hg. Knee raises Each
-Remainder of Time = Max Slam Balls*

Alternate each round; Team score = total slam balls for team

*6th Graders: Substitute ‘5 Burpees’ w. ‘150m Buddy Run;’ Replace ‘Max Slam Balls’ with ‘Max Alternating Burpees.’ Score Total Burpees for Team
