A new movement, a new (ascending) rep scheme, and another new WOD today – let’s get some!

MET.CON (6/7/8):
“Keep Climbing!”

AMRAP 12 min:
-1 Burpee*
-1 Abmat Sit-Up*
-1 Dynamic Step-Up (ea leg)*
-1 Cal Row*

# Rounds: ____

*Each round, add 1 rep to each movement. For example, Round 2 will have 2 burpees, 2 Abmat Sit-Ups, 2 Dynamic Step-ups/leg, and a 2 Cal Row…Round 3 will have 3 burpees, 3 AbMat Sit-Ups, 3 Dynamic Step-Ups/leg, 3 Cal row, etc. until time is up.
