For today’s 63 minute block schedule, we will be striving to earn another two PR’s by repeating and beating one of our running tests and one of our benchmark workouts, “Helen” (we completed Helen #1 on 14-15MAR17). I expect to hear lot loud rings today of the PR Bell!
