Today we will knock out our first 500m Row time trial for the semester while also look to earn our first PR (personal record) of the semester by completing our 2nd attempt at Max Pull-Ups (See scoring below; compare to Max Pull-Ups #1 on 2/2/17). Should you PR today by either completing more pull-ups of the same kind than you did for Attempt #1 OR by moving up to a more difficult resistance band and completing any # of pull-ups, congrats! You proved that you have increased your upper body strength from the beginning of the semester and you get to ring the PR bell! HOOAH!!

Determine how many strict pull-ups you can complete. If you do not have a strict pull-up, determine what the smallest resistance band is that will allow you to complete a strict pull-up (Red, then Black, then Purple, then Green)…and then score max effort (# of pull-ups) for that band.
Report # of strict pull-ups (or # of strict pull-ups using which color resistance band used).
Ex: 4P (4 Purple)
Ex: 3R (3 Red)
Ex: 1G (1 Green)
Ex: 3BW (3 Bodyweight)
