9JAN17: Welcome Back WOD!

Welcome back, Zombie-Killers! I hope that you all had a great winter break and that you not only enjoyed plenty of time relaxing celebrating the holidays with loved ones.

Today’s WOD will be fairly short for a variety of reasons (we have stacked schedule, I don’t want you do die, I want to give you some time to talk to your group members about the Hero WOD Group Project, etc.)…Enjoy!
