Today we are going to turn it up quite a few notches in terms of difficulty level from one of our more recent movements, the wall-walk, and learn what is called an ‘Inverted Burpee.’ ‘ Given this is a rather difficult movement, we will spend some time breaking it down piece by piece and taking some time to practice hand-stand hold progressons before we implement it in today’s WOD. In a group of 3 (1 athlete completes the entire workout while 1 counts & 1 coaches form):
In front of a clock set for 9 minutes, the athlete will complete:
2 minutes of Burpees
2 minutes of Sit-ups
2 minutes of Inverted Burpees
1 minute of Burpees
1 minute of Sit-ups
1 minute of Inverted Burpees
