15-16DEC16: Inverted Burpees

Today we are going to turn it up quite a few notches in terms of difficulty level from one of our more recent movements, the wall-walk, and learn what is called an ‘Inverted Burpee.’ ‘  Given this is a rather difficult movement, we will spend some time breaking it down piece by piece and taking some time to practice hand-stand hold progressons before we implement it in today’s WOD. Here’s our videos of the day that will help teach us this new skill…prepare to get a little dizzy today!
