8-9DEC16: Helen #2

For today’s 74 minute block schedule, we will both be introducing a strength portion to our workout and striving to earn a PR (and a chance to ring the PR bell – HOOAH!!) by repeating and beating our efforts from Helen #1 (we completed Helen #1 on 25-26OCT16). I expect there to be a lot of bell ringing today!

Strength:
3×10 Kettlebell Swings
Once warmed up, attempt your sets at a weight heavier than you normally swing!
