8FEB16: Rowing 101

For today’s 43 min stack periods, we will be breaking out our awesome Concept2 Rowing Machines for the first time! After giving you all a tutorial on the rowing machine itself, we will discuss proper technique. Once complete, all athletes will have a chance to row their first time trial of a 250m distance.
