TEAM WOD: “CrossFit Poker”
AMRAP 20 min:
In teams of 4, draw a card from your deck and have each teammate perform the movement and number of reps as indicated by suit and value. Continue to draw cards and complete rounds until 20min is up. Your team score is the # of cards (rounds) fully completed before time runs out.
Hearts: Wall Balls (Each)
Diamonds: Box Jumps (Each)
Clubs: Kettlebell Swings (Each)
Spades: Row for Calories (Total)
Joker: 10 Burpees (Each)
All numbered cards = face value
Face Cards (Jack, Queen, King, Ace) = 10
Upon completion of AMRAP, all athletes individually complete an 800m run for time.
Score: # of cards/rounds completed + 800m Run Time
