Today we will be bringing out some new equipment for the first time EVER in CrossFit PE: Weight Sleds! Here is a video we’ll use to talk about sled pull technique prior to our workout, which will involve both forward sprints and reverse sprints.
WOD:
2x Squad Sled Pull Relays (50m)
Each athlete will complete a 25m forward sled pull and then come back to the start point using a reverse sled pull. Once back, high-five the next squad mate in line.
