2015 WCF PUMPKIN WOD:

In teams of 4, AMRAP 25min:

400m Pumpkin Run
60 Goblet Pumpkin Squats (15 ea)
60 Pumpkin Presses (15 ea)
60 AbMat Pumpkin Sit-Ups (15 ea)
60 Overhead Pumpkin Lunges  (15 ea)

*TEAMS MUST RUN 400′S TOGETHER + ENTER THE COVE TOGETHER

**ONE ATHLETE PER TEAM MUST BE IN A PLANK AT ALL TIMES WHILE PUMPKIN IS IN MOTION INSIDE THE COVE

***IF PUMPKIN TOUCHES GROUND, 10 BURPEES PENALTY PER TEAMMATE!
