Now that we are all masters with both bracing and the Kettlebell Deadlift aka ANGRY GORILLAS!!, we will now learn the fun part: how to properly perform a Russian Kettlebell Swing!!

Here’s the video we will watch and analyze in class to learn our new movement. The athlete shown in the video is Jeff Martone, who is the ‘official’ Kettlebell expert within the CrossFit community:
