7OCT15: Parachute Sprints

Today we will be breaking out some new equipment for the first time in CrossFit P.E. – Sprint Parachutes! Below is the video we’ll watch to pick-up some good tips on proper technique for how to sprint most efficiently with a parachute.

4x50m Agility Ladder Drills

Met.Con: Squad Relays
-2 x 100 meter parachute sprint relay
