Given today’s weather and field conditions (courtesy of last night’s and today’s rain showers), we will be switching up this week’s programming. In addition to learning three new movements (the tuck jump, hand-release push-up and AbMat sit-up), we’ll be knocking out our first Partner WOD (where you actually complete the workout together with a partner) and getting our first taste of everybody’s favorite game…CrossFit Dodgeball!!!
