12-13MAY15: Helen #2

For today’s 74 minute block schedule, we will both be introducing a strength portion to our workout and striving to earn a PR (and a chance to ring the PR bell – HOOAH!!) by repeated and beating our efforts from Helen #1 (we completed Helen #1 on 24-15MAR). I expect there to be a lot of bell ringing today!
