To celebrate Cinco de Mayo, Wiseburn CrossFit will be hosting it’s first ever, Cindo de Mayo WOD! Please note the following class lengths/times below due to SBAC testing:

CINCO DE MAYO WOD (5/5/15):

 AMRAP 15:

-5 Hand-Release Push-Ups
-5 KB Swings
-5 Ring Rows
-5 Sit-Ups
5 Slam Balls

10:08-11:22 (74 min)
Period 4:
11:25-11:55 (30 min) + + 12:43-13:27 (44 min)
Periods 5/6:
13:30-14:45 (75 mi)
