30APR/1MAY15: FITNESSGRAM DAY 4

Aside from make-up tests, today will be the last day we will spend to knock out the remaining events of the California Physical Fitness Test (PFT) aka the FitnessGram. The remaining events are for “Upper Body Strength” & Endurance & the “Trunk Extensor Strength & Flexibility.” Here’s the breakdown:

TRUNK EXTENSOR STRENGTH & FLEXIBILITY TEST:

MALES (12/13/14): 9-12 inches
FEMALES (12/13/14): 9-12 inches

UPPER BODY STRENGTH & ENDURANCE:

PRIMARY TEST: PUSH-UPS:

FEMALES (12/13/14): 7 Push-Ups
MALES (12 years old): 10 Push-Ups
MALES (13 years old): 12 Push-Ups
MALES: (14 years old): 14 Push-Ups

BACK-UP TEST: MODIFIED PULL-UPS:

FEMALES (12/13/14): 4 Pull-Ups
MALES (12 years old): 7 Pull-Ups
MALES (13 years old): 8 Pull-Ups
MALES: (14 years old): 9 Pull-Ups
