13APR15: Welcome Back WOD!

Welcome back, fire-breathers! Today we will have a shortened schedule for all periods, which means each class will be approximately 31 minutes long. Just enough time to collect your spring break assignments and knock out a quick and easy first WOD back from break.

WOD: “Half-Baseline”

2 Rounds for Time:
-10 Push-Ups
-20 Air Squats
-400m Run

Push-Ups and Squats will be done inside the Cove; 400m runs will be around the field.
