“LUCKY DICE” Partner WOD
AMRAP 30min

 At the beginning of each round, both partners complete a 200m run, tag team style.

 Then, ‘Roll Dice.”

 1 – 20 Ring Rows (10 ea)
2 – 20 Partner Wall-Ball Shots (5 burpee penalty if WB touches ground)
3 – 20 Alternating Hand-Release Push-Ups
4 – 20 Partner Sit-Ups
5 – 20 Alternating Box-Jumps
6 – 20 Plank-Hold Hand Claps
