2-3DEC14: Helen #2

Welcome back from Thanksgiving Break! I hope all of my fire-breathers not only had plenty of time to relax and to get plenty of quality time with family and friends, but also stayed active and snuck a couple of workouts in! Given that today is our first WOD together in a while and that we have shortened, block periods today (65 minute periods), we will take a second attempt at one of our benchmark WOD’s: “Helen.” Therefore, we will quickly take a glance into our fitness trackers prior to 3-2-1-GO! so we can set a goal and try to beat our first time (and/or maybe go up in kettlebell weight!). HOOAH!!!

WOD:

“Helen #2″

Three rounds for time:
Run 400 meters
21 Kettlebell swings
12 Pull-ups (Ring Rows)
