17NOV14: Max Broad Jump #2

Today we will take a peek inside our fitness journal trackers/spreadsheet’s to see just how far you were able to jump when we did Max Distance Broad Jump on September 17th & 19th. From there, you’ll have a goal in mind, and multiple opportunities to beat that goal in class today. Beat your goal by any distance…even a half inch? Congrats – you’ve just set a PR, or personal record. Be sure to ring the PR Bell on your way out to change!!! HOOAH!!!
