60 AbMat Pumpkin Sit-Ups (15 ea)
40 Overhead Pumpkin Lunges (10 ea)
*SPLIT REPS ANY WAY, BUT TEAM MUST RUN 400′S TOGETHER + ENTER THE COVE TOGETHER
